How long is the program?
The program is 21 days long, after which you will receive a report of your results and consult with your practitioner and/or healthQb experts. You will have the option to continue after receiving the report in order to track the changes you will implement into your lifestyle. The best part: if you’re not happy with the experience or the quality of the report you’ll get a 100% refund. We’re committed to helping you live a happier, healthier life.
What is in the hQb report?
The report will have analyzed the overnight biometric data and subjective states gathered during the 21 days of tracking. Personalized recommendations include specific exercise and lifestyle changes.
What things are you tracking?
The overnight biometric data include your sleep data and ANS data. The subjective captures include point in time captures surrounding your mood and captures designed to assess your mindset, personality characteristics and emotions.
How do I get started?
Ask your practitioner if they are participating in our program. If not, shoot us an email here. You’ll then either pick up our device at the participating practitioner’s clinic, or you can have it delivered straight to your house.
What can I expect?
You’ll wear the device throughout the night and respond to quick 2 minute surveys throughout the day. Most of our users find the surveys quicker to respond to than they expected.
What is the device?
We use Biostrap, a clinical quality pulse oximeter, to capture overnight biometric data. Learn more about our technology here.
What can I do after receiving the report?
You’ll have the option to continue on with us to track your progress for another five weeks. During this time, you’ll continue to receive support from the healthQb team and your practitioner, monitoring your progress and implementing necessary changes and tweaks to your health routine.
