Over 10 days, the app calculates your baseline stress resilience through your wearable and asks a series of surveys to assess your habits & routines.

2. Roadmap

Learn what’s disrupting your well-being. We identify and prioritize what root cause stressors are keeping you from feeling your optimal self.

3. Practice

Start implementing daily practices personalized to your well-being needs. Yes, effort is required! Work with one of the health coaches in our network if you need an accountability partner.

4. Progress

Measure progress so that you know you’re on the right track. We’re integrated with Oura Ring, Biostrap and Fitbit.

5. Resilience

After 5-7 weeks of dedicated practice, it’s time to check in on your progress with a quick reassessment. Keep practicing and you’ll feel and see your health improve.
